How long does it take for an order to ship?
All orders are shipped out the next business day if they are submitted before 3PM MST.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free 2-3 day shipping. 2nd-day shipping available for an additional cost at checkout.
What file formats can be submitted to print?
We can use any of these file formats:
.STL, .3dm, .CTL, .OBJ, .PLY, .ZPR, .ZBD, .AMF, .WRL, .3DS, .FBX
.STL files are the most usual format used
