Casting

In addition to wax printing services, we also offer casting services on all jewelry orders in gold or silver.  

To request casting for your model, you need to select the casting option in the item details and choose your desired metal from the dropdown menu. If you do not specify casting in your order, your model will be printed out of wax.

The additional charge for casting jewelry models is the cost of metal + $70. Live metal prices are displayed below, and you will be charged based on the metal price on the day we ship your order.

Please note that the casted models will arrive unpolished and ready for the jewelers bench, and opting to cast your model will result in a one-business-day extension to the processing time of your order.

Since we produce custom pieces of jewelry based on the specifications and CAD models that customers provide, we are unable to provide you with an exact casting price at the time of purchase. However, we have a simple solution in place that ensures you get the best value for your money.

When you place an order, we will charge a pre-authorization of $1000. This is not the final price of your jewelry, but rather a placeholder amount that allows us to begin crafting your custom piece. Once your jewelry is complete, we will weigh it and calculate the exact cost based on gold price the day your order is shipped. We will then add a flat fee of $70 to cover our crafting costs, and charge you the final amount.

We understand that this pricing model may be unfamiliar to some customers. If you prefer, you can request a personalized quote instead. Just reach out to our customer service team and we'll provide you with a quote based on the specifications of your CAD model. 

Please note that requesting a quote may result in a longer turnaround time for your order, as we will need to calculate the cost before we can begin crafting your piece. However, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do our utmost to meet your needs.
